Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Work face-to-face with customers in a retail setting to promote our latest products, promotions, and offers

• Meet weekly for collaborative sales training, business mentorship, and skills development

• Promote positive interactions and sales with integrity with each retail interaction

• Work with a student mentality, open to constructive teaching and professional development

• Meet and exceed sales goals independently and collaboratively with a team

Qualifications for an Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Full-time availability, weekend availability

• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well both independently and with a team

• Passion for success and professional development
